Riders snap losing streak


The Saskatchewan Roughriders snapped out of a four-game funk just in time for the playoffs.

The Riders ended a four-game losing streak on Saturday by beating the Edmonton Eskimos 31-23 at Mosaic Stadium before an announced crowd of 30,048. The win eliminated the Eskimos from the playoffs and vaulted the B.C. Lions into Sunday's West Division semifinal at Mosaic Stadium.
