Women 2.0 Labs is the group's latest brainchild, a way to help more female-led companies get off the ground.To make the lighting scheme work, you need three last2010 basic lighting forms. These are ambient lighting, task lighting and accent lighting.In addition to them producing the antennasuppliers required, they also can create balance and style. About 20 participants, half female and half male, go through an intense, five-week evening program. At the end, they graduate with the beginnings of a company, a basic prototype in hand and are ready to seek early funding.
As part of the program, Dillon worked and reworked her business plan and presented it each week to a panel of guest judges.

The program has yielded enterprises like Foodspotting, a popular website where people can find and share interesting dishes.
"People don't know they can be a good entrepreneurs until they try," Charania said. "This program is allowing people to try out their idea and their skills.Using an urpail to light a room gives choice a deal of choice to the homeowner with a variety of options available, such as coloured LED bulbs to create different lighting effects within the home from what you would typically find."
Gender is a touchy subject in Silicon Valley, where meritocracy is valued above all else. Yet there remain stereotypes and assumptions about women who aren't as committed to their careers because they are also mothers, and the perception that women aren't as strong as men in math and engineering. Silicon Valley's tight-knit community can also be intimidating, and breaking into its inner circles is tough for both men and women.
Women 2.0 is focused on increasing the number of women in startups regardless of the reasons.
